January 11, 2023. Shenzhen, China - The "2021 Shenzhen Financial Innovation Award Results Exhibition and Financial Forum of the Pilot Demonstration Zone" took place at the Shenzhen Civic Center. As a highlight of financial innovation, XGD INC.'s subsidiary, NEXGO, received the Third Prize for Contribution for its project on the "Domestic Development of Intelligent Financial Payment Terminals."

Since 2005, Shenzhen has been at the forefront of financial innovation awards in China, successfully hosting 17 editions with over 2,200 projects participating and total rewards exceeding 200 million yuan. Under government encouragement, numerous innovative and exemplary projects have emerged.
The awarded "Domestic Development of Intelligent Financial Payment Terminals" project is one of the leading initiatives in the domestic payment industry focusing on localization research. This project aligns with the national strategic demand for domestic electronic payment solutions, creating fully localized intelligent financial payment terminals and bringing them to market, thereby enhancing national financial security. The first batch of domestically developed devices from NEXGO has passed the highest safety standards, including PCI 6.X and UPTS 3.0, achieving self-sufficiency and performance levels that meet international standards.
